EDGE Specialty Coffee was founded in 2024 in Skopje, Macedonia, by two passionate entrepreneurs—Nikol from the Czech Republic and Kevin from the USA. With Nikol’s deep love for specialty coffee and Kevin’s experience in small business, they formed a unique partnership built on a shared vision: to bring world-class coffee to Skopje while fostering a welcoming space for the community.

We partner with world-class roasters who source from the best farms worldwide. Our most popular coffee is sourced from Father's Coffee Roastery in the Czech Republic.
